Why I’m torn on this
The old-fashioned charm captivated me, coupled with a prime location near the vaporetto dock and lovely beaches. Enjoyed the breakfast served mainly outside with peaceful views.
Room sizes were regrettably small, making movement awkward. There were issues with reception service being unwelcoming, leaving a negative impression during check-in.

The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. I loved the clean room with a cozy little balcony. The location had quick access to the beach and local restaurants. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the warm nights. It was a great value for exploring Venice!

The beautiful terrace offered a peaceful morning retreat, while the nearby supermarkets made staying convenient. Quick access to the Vaporetto made for easy day trips to Venice.

Location on a quiet street near the vaporetto stop made exploring Venice easy. Cozy double room provided a good night's sleep with the windows open, thanks to minimal noise from neighboring rooms. The breakfast offered a delightful variety—especially the freshly baked Italian pies, which I looked forward to each morning. the pillows were extremely uncomfortable, feeling as hard as stones. After a couple of nights, I found myself waking up frequently due to the discomfort. The bathroom felt a bit dated, with a small shower cubicle and a cracked wash basin. Staff seemed overwhelmed during breakfast hours, leading to missed items like toilet paper and soap. while the location and breakfast were highlights, the room comfort and bathroom facilities left something to be desired.

Charming room decor, Quick access to public transport, Serene after-hours environment
Just a few thoughts—those small rooms can be a real headache when moving around!!! The noise from thin walls and outside was definitely disruptive at times, leading to less than ideal rest!!!

I loved the clean room with a cozy terrace! But the shower was tiny, and I missed the comfy pillows at night. Would go back for the breakfast!

Cozy spot with tasty breakfast
We stayed for 10 nights and loved the cozy feel of our small double room. The breakfast was a highlight—freshly baked stuff was yummy, especially the Italian pies! Just wish the shower was a bit bigger, but overall, it was great. The in-room breakfast was also a nice touch if you wanted to lounge a bit longer!

The location was perfect for exploring Venice easy walk from the boat terminal and very close to some great bars and restaurants (highly recommend trying the local seafood). The staff was friendly and helpful always ready to assist us with our needs.
Don’t have any issues at all.

It was just a fitting option for a holiday in Lido di Venezia with good value considering price it charged. Jana on reception was always cheerful and helpful, making check-ins smoother. Try to pack your essentials tightly as the storage space is limited.

Delightfully close to the sea bus stop and the beach, with a lovely courtyard for breakfast. My room was charming and well-equipped, perfect for a solo traveler like myself.
The shower was so tiny I had to do the tango just to fit in! And dear me, those pillows felt like rocks. I kept waking up wondering if I was camping!
